Who knows how you feel? * * * * * This is the time of year for so many things. For some of us, it is the only time of year for these “many things.” It is a time of our intentions for peace in the world, joy in our hearts and love for our family and friends. Some of us put these intentions on holiday cards and mail them out. Sometimes we give a gift to show how much we care. These are wonderful ways to express our feelings. And yet, there is more we can do. There is more we can say at this time of year. And there is more we can say all year long. I urge you to take some time this holiday season, and in the coming year, to really get present with the people you care about and let them know how you feel about them. Sure, you can say they know how you feel about them. You can say you know how they feel about you. AND hearing the words from a loved one is a totally different experience from that. If you really like how you feel when you are around a loved one, let him or her know how you feel. If you well up with tears of love and appreciation when you think about your brothers and sisters, moms and dads, your kids, and your friends, tell each and every one of them how you really feel. Words from the heart are an incredible gift. In closing, I would like to tell you how much I appreciate that you are a valuable part of my professional life. I love the work I have created with coaching and facilitating retreats. I recently read that our chances for success are directly proportional to the degree of pleasure we derive from what we do. Thank you very much for your support – it is a great pleasure I derive from all of my work. We really have no guarantees in life, other than the moment we are currently living in, so why not make the most of it when we can? Share your love with those you care about most! Best intentions for Holiday Magic! ~Kim~
