Give-Away represents relief through release. What are you holding onto that no longer serves you? What can you give away to share with another? Give-Away can be practiced in many different ways. For instance, sometimes we feel a need to be needed. Other times, we may feel a need to control others or situations. Is this really good for us? Or might it eventually lead to our own disappointment? Getting attached to attitudes that lead to negative feelings and emotions will not serve us well. Perhaps we can release these attitudes and relieve ourselves from feeling stuck. Fear of scarcity will not sustain our growth. Sharing our abundance is a virtue. Give-Away can also be practiced by sharing something that can help someone else. I challenge you to release something that no longer serves you . . . remembering that if you hold onto anything too tight, it will disrupt the natural flow of life. And while spring cleaning, give-away and share just a little more this season. Enjoy the company you keep in your quiet moments. Let your spirit soar!
