JANUARY 2006 |

| Article: What is Your Theme for 2006? The theme for my newsletter this month is “theme.” What is your theme for 2006? Have you made resolutions this year? I have discontinued my resolution ritual. The truthmy truthis that resolutions have not proven successful in the long run. Now, I find my truth in my intentions. New Year’s Eve fell on a New Moon this year. At that point, I chose to define with clarity what it is that I desire to attract into my life. Along with that, I also realized that I might need to do some letting go. And there started my intentions. Let’s start with “letting go.” What in your life no longer serves you? Do you continue a relationship with something, someone, or yourself, which admittedly provides negative thoughts, which leads to negative energy? Time to declutter. Time to let go. Intention: It is my intention to let go of those objects, thoughts and relationships to people that no longer serve me. I will exercise my choice to be mindful of My thoughts, My feelings and My beliefs to connect with My Higher Self and further empower Me. Wow! That felt good. What do you desire to attract into your life? What do you want to create? Where should you start? Here I go again, it all starts with you! Time to learn about yourself. Time to love yourself. Go deep. Intention: It is my intention to speak my truth as fully as possible and to encourage and inspire others to follow these footsteps. It is my intention to listen to my inner guidance. If my thoughts, decisions or actions create a bad feeling, I will exercise my choice to change my thoughts, which change my feelings, and recheck my inner guidance. I will continue to do this until I feel joy. Double wow! We’re really onto something here. As long as I stay true to my intentions, true to myself, I can live the life I desire. I can live that life with vitality, with boldness and with unbridled spirit. I feel joy. |
